Health & Benefits Consultant: The primary role of the Health & Benefits Consultant is to sell new accounts in keeping with agency and individual goals. This person will also be expected to build and maintain relationships with clients. The Consultant will identify and solicit sales prospects from various sources. Strategic planning is a key requirement of this position as they will be asked to develop a pipeline of new health plans for the company. Property & Casualty Producer: The Property & Casualty Producer is to sell new accounts in keeping with agency and individual goals.
