Proc. 2026-24 in which it announced cost-of-living adjustments for Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), High-Deductible Health Plans (HDHPs) and excepted benefit Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs) for 2027. These changes will become effective in calendar year 2027 for HSAs and HDHPs and for plan years beginning in 2027 for HRAs. With the exception of catch-up contributions to HSAs for individuals aged 55 or older, which are not discussed in the Revenue Procedure, all dollar limitations will increase from 2026 to 2027.
