RMC Group was planning to host the 7th Annual RMC Open to benefit the Cancer Alliance of Naples on October 1st. However, due to Hurricane Ian, we were forced to cancel the tournament.
Thanks to the generosity of our players and sponsors, we were still able to raise $8,100 for Cancer Alliance of Naples!
We would like to give a huge shoutout to our sponsors, which included First Foundation Bank, Bank United, Rogers, Wood, Hill, Starman, Gustason P.A., Juicelation, Zerbe, Miller, Fingeret, Frank & Jadav Law Offices, and The Gracie Foundation. We also had many generous donations from many local businesses for our raffle and silent auction, including Spanish Wells, Quail Run, B8 BBQ, Turtle Club, Bleu Provence, and Woodhouse Spa.
“It was a difficult decision to cancel the tournament, but with everything our community is going through, it felt right. We are so excited that we were still able to provide a sizable donation to CAN,” Ashley Simpson, Marketing Manager and Chairman of the RMC Open, said. Mrs. Simpson went on to add, “I want to give a huge thank you to all of our sponsors and donors for their charitable donations, and we can’t wait to have another successful tournament next year!”
