We have been nominated 3 times including *Captive Healthcare Specialist*, *Most Innovative Use of ART Structure*, and *Risk Consulting Initiative*. The *Captive Healthcare Specialist* category is open to firms that specialize in healthcare captives or healthcare risks. The *Most Innovative Use of ART Structure *category is open to all firms that design/manage/consult on ART structures. This award showcases firms that have displayed creative and innovative design while ensuring effective cover. The *Risk Consulting Initiative* award is open to any firm that provides risk consulting services to UK and European captive owners. Ryan Mitchell, President of RMC’s European Operations, has also been nominated for *Rising Star*. The *Rising Star* award recognizes professionals under 35 years of age, working in the [captive](https://rmcgp.com/captive-insurance/) industry, either for an insured that owns a captive or for a service provider, who have made a strong impression within their own company or impressed in their work and interactions with clients.
