Her vision is to combine the systems and products of RMC and its strategic partners, including payroll companies, recordkeepers, agents, and plan advisors.
Upon joining RMC Group, Tamara commented, “I was raised to never say no but rather, let’s figure out how!”
Tamara continued, “I am so enthused to get started because that same attitude is engrained in the RMC culture. I’ve learned that over the last few years working on the C4 web-application design project, and I am very thrilled to be leading the team that takes it to market and shares it with our partners.”
Tamara brings more than 35 years of experience as a plan designer, plan administrator, operations manager, system designer/collaborator and business owner to RMC. She prides herself on being a trusted advisor to her team, her clients, her strategic partners, and colleagues in the industry.
