Mark Elwell, Vice President of Risk for the RMC Group, will be speaking at the 2018 North Carolina [Captive Insurance](https://rmcgp.com/captive-insurance/) Association Annual Conference on Wednesday, August 22, 2018.

Mark will be on a panel with two other speakers, Wes Deaton of The Deaton Law Firm and Leon Rives of Rives & Associates. The subject of their discussion is *The New Three Ds of Captives, Dissolving, Dormenting and Redomesticating to North Carolina*. They will be speaking at a breakout session from 8:00 to 9:00am.

The conference is being held at the Le Meridien in Charlotte, North Carolina, from Monday, August 20, 2018, to Wednesday, August 22, 2018.
