**Name:** Shane Biltz

**Job Title: ** Vice President, New Business

**Length of Employment with RMC: **  Just under 7 Years

**Favorite Place You’ve Traveled to: ** Lake Buckhorn, Canada

**Favorite Food or Meal: ** STEAK! I’d eat it every day if I could

**Favorite Movie:**  I don’t really have one, but I guess I’d say *Caddyshack* since I could watch that over and over and still laugh.

**Hobbies: ** Playing hockey and golf are my favorite.  They keep me active. I also enjoy volunteering for Shy Wolf Sanctuary.  It’s not often that people get to play with wolves all day.

**First Job:**  I was a line judge (referee) for high school volleyball while in high school.

**What is something about you that would surprise people?** I don’t know….I try to be an open book.  Once you get me talking I don’t stop….I guess two things that may be surprising to people is that I do not like peanut butter or water.

**What is one thing you can’t live without? ** As cliche as it sounds….my wife.  If it weren’t for her, I’d probably eat myself into a food coma.  I need to look good for my wife!

**If Hollywood made a movie about your life, what actor would play you? ** James Franco.  No idea why, just seems to fit.

**If you won the lottery, what would you buy first? ** Steak.  Because I can!
